Shipping: The shipping costs in Germany are a flat rate of 4.90 euros and within the EU a flat rate of 13.50 euros. For the shipping of furniture in the EU we charge a flat rate of 39.00 euros, to Switzerland 99.00 euros shipping costs.
Returns: If you are not satisfied with a product, you are welcome to return the item to us within 14 days of delivery. The item should be sent back to us with the return label and in the original packaging. Please note that you have to bear the return costs yourself. We are a small, mom-run online shop and returns are very expensive for us but also for our environment.
